1 Return Window

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2 Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Delivery Estimates

When you place an order, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider selected. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on availability and shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

For returns, customers will only be charged return shipping up to a maximum of £70. Any return shipping costs above this amount will be covered by us.
